Vet Visits
Many behavioral problems coincide with medical issues. If you have not already, please consider making an appointment with your veterinarian before booking with us to rule out medical causes.
Payment
Payment through PayPal is due in full at the time of booking your session or package. Payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Meetings can be rescheduled for any reason with at least 24 hours advance notice through the Calendly scheduler.
In the event of an emergency and the session must be rescheduled on short-notice, email us as soon as possible and we can work with you to reschedule an appropriate time.
If you cancel your scheduled session at any time, your payment is not refundable.
Refunds
There are no refunds available. This includes cancellation of appointments, no-shows, and unused session follow-ups.
No-Shows
We will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. If you do not join within that time, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit their appointment and associated fees.
Dismissal
We reserve the right to dismiss any client at any time.
